the fine print​
Here's all the info you need to participate in the 2024 season.​

Where?
All games will be played Saturday, June 14/25 and Saturday September 6/25 at Jaycee Athletic Park, located at:

We have 3 diamonds all right next to each other, so we can play at the same time and cheer each other on.
​
Jaycee Park has washrooms, a full food service concession and is a licensed facility.
No outside alcohol is allowed. Children are welcome (there is even a covered play area) but dogs are not.
​
Format?
Games will be 1 hour each, which is just enough for about 6 innings of play. Teams will self-umpire, slowpitch rules. Please note this is a friendly, non-competitive league!

10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Team Management
If you've signed up as an entire team, please organize yourselves - only one person needs to register for your team and will be responsible for managing all the communication with your own team.
​
If you're signing up as an individual, you'll be put on a team!
​
​
what do I need to bring?
Your own glove, a positive attitude, and fans to cheer you on. Dress for the weather.
If you've submitted an entire team, you'll need to bring your own bats and softballs. The diamonds have bases, dugouts, bleachers and the facility has washrooms, a concession and is licensed.

Payment
​
Food and drink is at everyone's own expense, there is no outside food or alcohol allowed. . There are team discounts for alcohol.
​
Payment will be collected on the day of each tournament via etransfer.
​
Whole team? $100 / team
Signing up without a team, as an individual? $5 / person

RULES
We will be playing slowpitch rules. Please note these will not be full inning games, they will run 1 hour and 15 min each; whichever team is the higher score at that time mark, will claim bragging rights to a win.
Please note this is a non-competitive league that welcomes all players with varying levels of skill ranging from first time players to all stars.
